Cancellation Policy

www.tailorz.in or the Website owner reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The Website or the Website owner will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Cancellations by Customers will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the process of producing/ shipping your Product(s) has been started. www.tailorz.in or the Website owner holds all the rights to accept or decline any cancellations.

Any modifications to your order would also be governed by the above terms.

Return Policy

    We offer free alteration service in case the Customer is not satisfied with the fitting.

    In case you receive a defective Product, it will be exchanged for free before the expiry of 5 working days, beginning with the day on which the Customer receives the goods. If you have received a defective product, please email us on care@tailorz.in

    In case the Product does not fit you and requires alterations, the same has to be intimated to us within 3 working days, beginning with the day on which the Customer receives the goods. If you require us to alter the Product, please email us on care@tailorz.in

    In case of the Product not fitting you even after alterations, you can return the product with 100% refund. The Customer has to communicate their intention to return product within 10 working days, beginning with the day on which the Customer receives the goods. If you want to return the Product, please email us on care@tailorz.in

    www.tailorz.in or the Website owner hold the right to accept returns/cancellations, ask for pictures of you wearing the Product to indicate the problem areas.

    All returns need to be self – shipped by the customer.

    Unsealed goods should not be accepted at the time of delivery. Returns/cancellations of unsealed products will not be accepted.

    Returned items must be unused and unwashed.

    www.tailorz.in or the Website owner does not hold responsibility for any damages caused during the transit.

    On receipt of the returned goods, a quality check will be performed. Post which, the entire amount will be refunded.

    A notification with the return status shall be communicated to the consumer within 48-72 working hours from the time of receipt.
